Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• 8+ years’ experience
• Experience delivering complex civil engineering designs within consulting, mining, energy, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Experience with tier-one mining client standards
• Proficiency with civil engineering design software and associated tools
• Ability to mentor and support developing engineers
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Collaborative approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex civil engineering design solutions with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, calculations, technical reports, and supporting documentation.
• Interpret and apply relevant industry codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Review delegated work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Contribute to project planning, design reviews, and client engagement activities.
