Job summary

Aurecon Group is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join its Perth office. In this role, you will lead the civil design and delivery of large buildings and precinct projects, including health and commercial developments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive civil engineering experience, strong technical skills in site civil design, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. We support flexible working arrangements tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering civil engineering for large building projects in Australia.
• Strong capability across site civil design including stormwater and roadworks.
• Experience in civil design documentation to Australian standards.
• Ability to manage interfaces and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design and delivery of large buildings and precinct projects.
• Provide technical leadership across site civil works.
• Work closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and support design reviews.
• Contribute to proposals and work-winning.
