About Us
At HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for; it's also about what you do and how you do it. Guided by the strength of our values and a culture shaped by employee ownership, we collaborate and build on each other's contributions to make great things possible. When you join HDR, we give you the licence to do the same. We empower you to take charge of your career, offering multiple growth and development opportunities along the way.
Our team is currently providing design/advisory services to some of Queensland’s largest linear infrastructure projects, including multiple stages of the Coomera Connector Program and Inland Rail: Melbourne to Brisbane and we are looking for a civil designer looking for a platform to leave a legacy as part of our expanding global practice.
As part of our continued growth in Australia, HDR is currently seeking a Senior Civil Designer to contribute to the technical delivery on a diverse range of challenging infrastructure projects.
Based in Brisbane or Melbourne, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to produce accurate, efficient, and buildable design outcomes. The role also provides opportunities to contribute to HDR’s digital engineering and BIM initiatives, supporting innovation in design processes and tools across the transport practice.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic transportation team within a global, 100% employee-owned company. Joining our team means becoming part of a collaborative, supportive environment where your expertise will help shape Queensland’s future transport network.
