Job summary

Talent Web Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer for opportunities across Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast or Brisbane offices. The role targets engineers with 10+ years in civil design and accreditation paths toward RPEQ/NER/CPEng, with a focus on urban development and high-end residential projects.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical skills, be detail-oriented, and excel in stakeholder management while contributing to a collaborative, work–life-balanced

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in civil design.
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Engineers Australia-recognized).
• RPEQ, NER, or CPEng accreditation (or working toward it).
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in 12D or Civil 3D, Music, Drains and AutoCAD softwares.
• Experience with Unity water connection process.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Australian design standards and SEQ projects.
• Valid Australian Work Rights and Driver's Licence.
