Senior Citrix & Windows Platform Engineer

Job summary

FlexTrade Systems is seeking a Windows & Citrix Engineer to join our global Windows Engineering Team. You will plan and direct work across Windows and Citrix environments, collaborating with users and management in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell and design, build, and support Citrix Desktop Virtualization environments for a managed service offering, ensuring high availability and secure configurations across our global estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6 to 8+ years’ experience managing Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Deep experience with Citrix architecture & design (ADC/NetScaler, ADM, WEM, XenApp/XenDesktop).
• Experience deploying Citrix environments on‑prem, hybrid, or cloud.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, replication and ADCS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct work across Windows and Citrix environments.
• Collaborate with users and management in a global team to support production operations.
• Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell across large IT estates.
• Design, build, and support Citrix Desktop Virtualization environments for managed services.
