Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level offender case management in accordance with risk and need.
• Prepare and verify assessment and program documents to support supervision and rehabilitation.
• Develop plans to meet court and parole conditions and facilitate behavioural change.
• Coordinate information exchange with police and other agencies to optimise offender management.
• Supervise and monitor offenders; take breach action as required.
• Mentor and coach junior staff within the team.
