NOVA Entertainment is seeking a Senior Sales Implementation Executive in Perth to drive smooth campaign delivery from booking to delivery. You will coordinate communications, manage material instructions, and work closely with promotions, talent and sales to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard.

In this role you will contribute to event logistics, partner relations and a seamless client experience, ensuring details are precise and timelines are met in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and consistency across campaigns.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay composed under pressure.
• Empathy and professionalism in all stakeholder interactions.
• Highly organised with strong data-entry discipline and system familiarity.
• Proficiency with Excel and related tools to manage campaign data.

Responsibilities

• Act as a reliable first point of contact once bookings are confirmed and coordinate communications.
• Manage campaign material instructions accurately and ensure all deliverables are ready for launch.
• Collaborate with internal teams across promotions, talent and sales to deliver campaigns in a joined-up way.
• Support trade and partner events, helping coordinate logistics and guest lists.
