Luxoft is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our client, a leading Australian financial institution, to drive analysis, design and development of an OTC derivative clearing platform. You will shape requirements, perform end-to-end analysis and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes clearing risk management improvements, capital markets expertise, and strong communication across developers, testers and vendors in a fast-paced transformation program.

Qualificações

• Extensive expertise in capital markets, particularly with derivatives and back-office processes.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, prepare BRD and develop user stories.
• Experience with Swift (ISO) and FIX protocols.
• Strong Agile project experience and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Assess concepts against current systems and procedures end-to-end.
• Facilitate workshops to identify requirements and evaluate solutions.
• Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Perform gap analysis between As-Is and To-Be states.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs for prioritisation and analysis.
• Present requirements to developers, testers, vendors and stakeholders.
