Job description

About the Role

A government agency is establishing a new business unit to centralise and streamline facilities services across multiple sites. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Process Analyst (SBPA) to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust business processes that will underpin this transformation.

You will be responsible for delivering detailed As-Is and To-Be process mapping, identifying inefficiencies, and building a roadmap to optimise workflows. Your work will guide the creation of training, communication materials, and system requirements – including SAP and FM Clean functionality – to ensure smooth operations and compliance across the new unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end business process analysis and design using BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, and other standard methodologies.
  • Capture business requirements, identify pain points, and design efficient future-state processes.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams to align priorities and resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure governance, quality control, and compliance in all process designs.
  • Maintain a repository of process documentation to support knowledge transfer and future projects.
Essential Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role in large-scale programs/projects.
  • Proven ability to lead process discovery and design activities in complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Expert in process modelling tools and methodologies (BPMN, Visio, ARIS, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in government or large-scale business change programs is highly desirable.
Why Join?

This is your chance to make a tangible impact on how facilities services operate, drive business efficiency, and shape a new unit from the ground up. You’ll work on a high-visibility project, influencing both strategy and day-to-day operations.
