Job summary

Metro North Health is seeking a proactive analytics professional to advise on analytics methodologies, mentor staff, and support data-driven decision making across Metro North facilities. The role requires partnering with clinicians and project teams to deliver performance reporting and insights.

Based at Campbell Place, Brisbane, with travel across Metro North facilities as needed. Standard hours 8:00am–4:06pm, Monday to Friday, and a focus on continuous process improvement within the ieMR

Qualifications

• Provide expert advice on analytics methodologies and tooling.
• Analyse, transform and cleanse large data sets to derive insights and metrics.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders for data preparation and reporting.

Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with clinical leads and end users across Metro North Health to deliver the Digital Metro North Strategy 2018-32. The strategy aims to ultimately deliver an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North by 2032. Over the coming years, significant capital works are being undertaken, including hospital construction and refurbishment and the implementation of the ieMR Advanced solution across all Metro North facilities.
