Job summary

Metro North Health is seeking an analytics professional to support the ieMR implementation at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and The Prince Charles Hospital. The role focuses on analytics methodologies, data integration, cleansing, transformation and performance reporting across the project, collaborating with clinical leads and end users to ensure data quality and actionable insights.

Based at Campbell Place with standard hours 8:00am–4:06pm, Monday to Friday, the role offers coaching,

• Support continuous process improvement activities within Digital Metro North.
• Analyse, integrate, cleanse, transform and navigate large, disparate data sets to derive insights and data quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders for data-driven performance reporting.

Join our team to assist with the ieMR implementation at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and The Prince Charles Hospital.

Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with clinical leads and end users across Metro North Health to deliver the Digital Metro North Strategy 2018-32. The strategy aims to ultimately deliver an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North by 2032.Over the coming years, significant capital works are being undertaken, including hospital construction and refurbishment and the implementation of the ieMR Advanced solution across all Metro North facilities. Achieving the aims of the strategy requires a dedicated team with the knowledge, determination, and skills to deliver quality results.

Key knowledge and experience

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Provide expert advice on analytics methodologies and tooling, contribute to building the capability by mentoring, training and providing expert advice to other staff.
• Support the implementation of continuous process improvement activities within Digital Metro North.
• Analyse, integrate, cleanse, transform and navigate large, disparate sets of data to determine insights, key metrics, data quality etc. in alignment with customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders in attaining and preparing data for the development, implementation and review of performance reporting.

About the role

• The role is based at Campbell Place, directly opposite the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.
