Our Head Office, Sales and Production teams work together, evolving ideas and solving problems. What started as a team of eight has now grown to over 220 staff members that all live and breathe a collaborative ethos.

What we are looking for :

We have a sought-after vacancy for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Perth on a full-time basis. Based at our Peppermint Grove Showroom and reporting to both the National Sales and Development Manager and the National Commercial Projects Manager, you will represent the Jardan brand by consistently offering the highest standard of service to all clients.

What the role entails :

  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of active accounts including interior designers, architects, developers, and design studios.
  • Drive project-based sales across residential, commercial, and retail sectors to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Proactively identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate and to contribute to budget planning and execution. Actively support broader business objectives by aligning sales efforts with financial goals.
  • Mentor and support Sales Team by sharing expertise and offering strategic guidance. Take ownership of leadership initiatives that enhance team performance, improve customer outcomes, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery from initial enquiry to post-installation follow-up in collaboration with the Operations Team. Ensure accurate, up-to-date pipeline management via the in-house CRM system, including timely quoting, lead follow-ups, and client communications.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports and insights to the National Sales and Development Manager. Analyse data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and adjust strategies to optimise performance.
  • Work closely with Retail and Marketing Teams to ensure consistent messaging, seamless client experiences, and a unified brand presence.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. Leverage insights to inform sales strategy, product recommendations, and client engagement.
  • Deliver engaging and professional design and product presentations tailored to client needs. Represent the business during showroom tours, site visits, and other client-facing events with professionalism and product expertise.
  • Ensure all client activity is recorded accurately and promptly in the CRM. Maintain clear and consistent communication records to support pipeline tracking and strategic forecasting.
  • Actively contribute to regular sales meetings with sales and market updates. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment through open communication and shared goals.

We are looking for someone who has :

  • Previous sales experience and strong relationships with A&D market
  • Proven sales ability, ideally with the furniture/design industry
  • Strong initiative and autonomy in business management
  • Ability to build positive working report with all stakeholders
  • Computer literate with attention to detail
