Job summary

Reporting to the Manager, Student Systems, you may supervise one direct report and contribute to options analysis, testing, training and go-live activities.
Qualifications
- Experience analysing complex end-to-end processes and gathering requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation and artefacts.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and validating requirements.
- Proven track record delivering process improvements in higher education or student systems.
- Exposure to transformation, change initiatives and project environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis across student systems projects and enhancements.
- Document requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria.
- Elicit and validate requirements with stakeholders and translate into deliverables.
- Support user acceptance testing, training and go-live activities.
- Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to continuous improvement.
