Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead process and systems transformation across major platforms. You will bridge business operations, solution architects, and external partners, driving end-to-end analysis and scalable change.

The role focuses on delivering high-impact technology and process improvements across multi-site venues. You’ll work with ERP, POS, and CRM ecosystems, guiding requirements, design, testing, and governance within a hybrid Melbourne/Brisbane setup,

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst leading complex transformation projects.
• Extensive experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, POS, CRM.
• Strong capability in BPMN, requirements management, data mapping, and gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end elicitation, analysis and documentation of business requirements and target-state models.
• Partner with solution architects and product/vendors to design and implement platforms.

The Senior Business Analyst (Process & Systems Transformation) plays a pivotal lead role in driving and delivering strategic technology and process transformation initiatives across complex project streams. Reporting directly to the Head of Hotels Transformation within our ALH business, this position acts as the primary bridge between business operations, technical delivery teams, and external vendor partners. You will lead deep end-to-end business analysis, optimise cross-functional process workflows, translate strategic business needs into robust technical requirements, and steer both software and hardware solution implementations to ensure scalable, high-impact outcomes.

• Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Lead the end-to-end elicitation, analysis, definition, and documentation of complex business requirements, functional specifications, and target-state process models across key transformation initiatives.


• Architecture & Solution Design: Partner closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and product/vendor specialists to design, evaluate, and implement innovative technology platforms and optimised business processes.


• System & Hardware Delivery: Drive the seamless implementation, integration, and adoption of enterprise-scale software solutions, systems infrastructure, and hardware technologies.


• Workshop Facilitation & Alignment: Plan, structure, and facilitate interactive workshops, requirement reviews, and alignment sessions with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.


• Quality & Testing Frameworks: Establish traceabilities, master test strategies, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) frameworks, and quality criteria to ensure delivered solution quality.


• Change & Business Readiness: Champion business readiness, change impact assessments, training program design, and post-implementation support for sustainable organisational transformation.


• Risk Mitigation & Governance: Proactively identify, mitigate, and govern operational risks, process bottlenecks, control gaps, and critical path dependencies across concurrent project workstreams.

Now let’s talk about you:

• Proven Analysis Expertise: Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst leading complex business process re-engineering and technology transformation projects.


• Enterprise Platform Knowledge: Extensive experience with enterprise-scale platforms (e.g., ERP, POS, CRM, or custom digital ecosystems).


• Process Mapping Capabilities: Advanced capability in business process mapping (BPMN), gap analysis, data mapping, and requirements management.


• Formal Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.


• Stakeholder Management Skills: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship management capabilities across multi-stream project dependencies and change integration.


• Methodology & Certifications: Recognized BA (CCBA/CBAP/PMI-PBA) or Process (Lean Six Sigma) certifications, plus experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid frameworks, are highly desirable.


• Domain & Industry Experience: Familiarity with retail, hospitality, multi-site venue technologies, or payment system standards (PCI DSS) is advantageous.
