Job summary

Redwolf + Rosch Pty Ltd in Melbourne CBD is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive process improvement and governance within a major transformation program. The role is hybrid (2-3 days in the office, 2-3 days work-from-home) and initially scoped to six months with an ASAP start.

You will collaborate with PMs, SMEs and regulatory stakeholders to map current and future processes, uplift Salesforce and CRM integrations, and define acceptance criteria for a delivery-focused,

Qualifications

• Regulated environment experience preferred.
• Proven BA skills: elicit requirements, workshops, user stories.
• Hands-on Salesforce/CRM experience beneficial.
• Delivery-focused with MVP mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive business analysis across high-priority initiatives.
• Capture requirements for Salesforce and CRM enhancements.
• Define rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria for self-service portal.
• Lead data quality, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee UAT planning and training materials for readiness.
