Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of superannuation operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across operational improvement, remediation, and change initiatives.
• Analyse processes, data and member outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support remediation programs relating to insurance, contributions, benefits, fees and member administration.
• Partner with operational vendors and service providers to support performance, governance and issue resolution.
• Prepare business requirements, process maps, testing plans and implementation documentation.
• Deliver operational insights and reporting to support decision-making and governance forums.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and implement sustainable solutions that improve member outcomes.
