Job summary

Brighter Super is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Operations to improve how Operations delivers for members. You will work across service delivery, contact centre, remediation, vendor management and improvement initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to analyze complex problems and deliver compliant, member-focused outcomes.

• Support remediation programs relating to insurance, contributions, benefits, fees and member administration.
• Partner with operational vendors and service providers to support performance, governance and issue resolution.
• Prepare business requirements, process maps, testing plans and implementation documentation.
• Deliver operational insights and reporting to support decision-making and governance forums.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and implement sustainable solutions that improve member outcomes.

About your new Role:

As our Senior Business Analyst - Operations, you'll play a key role in improving how Operations delivers for our members. Working across service delivery, contact centre, remediation, vendor management and operational improvement initiatives, you'll partner with stakeholders to analyse complex problems, identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver efficient, compliant and member-focused outcomes. This is a broad and varied role that combines business analysis, process improvement, data insights and operational excellence within a highly regulated superannuation environment.

• Lead business analysis activities across operational improvement, remediation and change initiatives.
• Analyse processes, data and member outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support remediation programs relating to insurance, contributions, benefits, fees and member administration.
• Partner with operational vendors and service providers to support performance, governance and issue resolution.

About You:

You're an experienced Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex operational challenges and driving meaningful improvements. You enjoy working across multiple initiatives, building strong stakeholder relationships and turning analysis into practical outcomes. With a strong understanding of superannuation operations and regulatory requirements, you're comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions and finding solutions that balance member outcomes, risk and efficiency.

• Proven Business Analysis experience within superannuation or a highly regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of superannuation operations, member administration and insurance in super.


• Experience supporting operational improvement, remediation or regulatory change initiatives.


• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.


• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.


• Experience working with operational vendors, administrators or external service providers.


• A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
