As our Senior Business Analyst - Operations, you'll play a key role in improving how Operations delivers for our members. Working across service delivery, contact centre, remediation, vendor management and operational improvement initiatives, you'll partner with stakeholders to analyse complex problems, identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver efficient, compliant and member-focused outcomes. This is a broad and varied role that combines business analysis, process improvement, data insights and operational excellence within a highly regulated superannuation environment.
You're an experienced Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex operational challenges and driving meaningful improvements. You enjoy working across multiple initiatives, building strong stakeholder relationships and turning analysis into practical outcomes. With a strong understanding of superannuation operations and regulatory requirements, you're comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions and finding solutions that balance member outcomes, risk and efficiency.
