You will gather requirements, design solutions with architects, support testing, drive process improvements, and ensure governance across multiple workstreams. Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analysis with a techno-functional focus.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe are highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Requirements gathering, elicitation, and validation with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable solutions.
• Support system configuration, integration, and testing activities.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure defect resolution.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
