A government organization focused on workplace safety is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst in Geelong. This 12-month fixed term role offers a competitive salary and the chance to deliver impactful solutions to improve workplace safety across Victoria. Ideal candidates will have strong analysis, mentoring skills, and a grasp of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The position involves stakeholder engagement, leading requirements analysis, and supporting project deliverables.

You’re an experienced and adaptable Senior Business Analyst who thrives in a complex, fast paced environment. With a strong grasp of both Agile and Waterfall delivery, you’re confident in leading analysis activities, influencing stakeholders, and mentoring others. Your deep understanding of business processes, data, and systems helps you turn problems into practical, customer-focused solutions.
