As a Senior Business Analyst at QLeave, you'll play a key role in transforming how we deliver services to Queensland workers in the building and construction, contract cleaning and community services industries.

Working within the Digital Solutions team, your initial focus will be reviewing and enhancing business processes and systems. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders to analyse requirements, improve systems, and support the delivery of efficient, customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document business requirements and processes.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements to support system design and enhancements.
• Undertake process mapping, gap analysis and root cause identification for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop user stories, process models, and system documentation aligned with best-practice methodologies.
• Assist with quality assurance, user acceptance testing and post-implementation review.
• Contribute to system design and data/reporting specifications.
• Support risk identification and mitigation across business analysis activities.
• Assist in mentoring and supporting junior team members as required.

• Brings high-level experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, and business case development.
• Understands how to align business analysis with broader organisational strategy and digital transformation goals.
• Is skilled in facilitating workshops, writing clear documentation, and applying business intelligence tools.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and can work across hybrid or multi-vendor ICT systems.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, BPM, Lean/Six Sigma or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
