Qualifications

• Admitted in Queensland with a current practising certificate.
• 7+ years PAE in Wills & Estates.
• Experience leading or supervising lawyers or readiness to step up.
• Strong advocacy, advisory and drafting skills.
• Empathy and clear communication with clients in difficult circumstances.
• Commercial awareness and a client-first mindset.
• Desirable: Accredited Specialist status or path to it.
