Job summary

Transport for NSW in Parramatta is seeking a permanent Senior Bridge Engineer to provide specialist bridge engineering advice and deliver safe, durable infrastructure outcomes.

You will lead resolution of complex technical issues across bridge design, rehabilitation, and asset lifecycle management, and peer-review external designs to support informed decisions and reliable asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil or Structural Engineering with relevant experience and a current Australian driver licence.
• Credible engineering professional skilled at delivering technical advice on bridge challenges.
• Experience in bridge design, structural assessment and technical risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist bridge engineering advice and solutions to deliver safe outcomes.
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues across design, rehabilitation and asset lifecycle management.
• Assess structures, develop engineering solutions and manage technical risk.
