Carbon Group is seeking a senior leader to own the Bookkeeping, Payroll and CFO Services division, guiding clients and the team while driving growth.

You’ll oversee a diverse client base, build trusted relationships with business owners, and shape the division’s direction alongside the partners and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within bookkeeping, outsourced finance, CFO advisory or related professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Bookkeeping, Payroll and CFO Services offering.
• Oversee the division’s client portfolio and service delivery.
• Lead, develop and get the best out of the team.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and become a trusted adviser.
• Drive performance, accountability and consistency across the division.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and win new business.
• Continue to develop CFO Services and the value delivered to clients.
• Improve operating methods as the division scales.
• Collaborate with Carbon’s Partners to shape overall business direction.
• Create opportunities for clients across Carbon’s wider financial services.
