Senior Bookkeeper - Flexible Working From Home or Office

My client is a leading family group, they are entrepreneurial, sophisticated and focused on the continued growth and development of their diverse investments across property, agriculture and trading companies. They are a supportive and high performing.

As a result of the continued development of the business, and their desire to stay ahead of the curve, they are looking for an experienced and high performing bookkeeper to join their team. This role will see you support an experienced team of accountants and report directly to a high performing and strategic CFO.

This role will see you take ownership of a range of financial accounting, operational accounting and accounting administrative duties to support the efficient and timely delivery of financial results for this diverse group of companies. In particular you will be responsible for:

Preparation of monthly financials

AP and AR (and suggesting ways to make this processing more efficient by leveraging technology)

Preparing BAS, IAS and other statutory compliance reporting

Bank and GL reconciliations

Set up of new entities (charts of accounts etc)

Ad hoc accounts administration

Workflow optimisation to drive efficiency
