Job summary

Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd in Perth is partnering with a Commercial Trades and Construction business to recruit a Senior Bookkeeper. The role focuses on end-to-end bookkeeping, accurate month-end reporting, and support for the finance team.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in payroll, AP/AR, and month-end reporting, with strong Excel and MYOB skills. BAS experience is preferred, and the office is based in Osborne Park.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Bookkeeping or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, AP/AR, and month-end reporting.
• Strong in Excel and MYOB; BAS registered preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping processes.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Full-cycle Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable management.
• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• BAS/GST compliance and review.
• Month-end and year-end close activities.
• Depreciation schedule maintenance.
• Process improvement.
