Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior BMS Service Technician to maintain and repair building management systems across our Defence portfolio and other sites. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose faults, and support operators and facilities managers.

Role requires HVAC/BMS certifications, strong IT knowledge, and the ability to work independently or with a team. A valid driver’s licence and willingness to obtain Defence clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven BMS or HVAC service background with building automation systems.
• Technical certifications in HVAC/electrical/building automation.
• Strong IT networking and systems integration familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on BMS/HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in BMS components and systems.
• Work with IT networks and building management platforms.
