Job summary

AECO in Sydney is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller - Building Services to join our multidisciplinary design team. You’ll manage BIM data requirements across design and construction phases, coordinating with internal BIM Technicians and designers to deliver accurate drawings and models that meet project KPIs.

• Technical qualifications from an approved TAFE or educational institution, or equivalent industry experience, with 5-10+ years' experience in Building Services BIM modelling.
• Ability to chair workshops with BIM project stakeholders demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to create reports and VR presentations to effectively communicate with clients.
• Demonstrated experience producing high-quality BIM models and documentation within a Building Services environment (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and/or Hydraulics).
• Advanced Autodesk Revit experience is essential.
• Previous experience with Revizto, Navisworks, Dynamo and Power BI is highly regarded.

Due to an increase pipeline of work, we are looking for a Senior BIM Modeller - Building Services. This role can be based in Sydney
