Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead BIM delivery for Building Services projects, across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire disciplines. You will own BIM standards, coordinate federated models, and mentor junior staff within a collaborative design team.

You’ll influence BIM workflows, support design development through documentation, and work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve clashes on complex projects. Flexible working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within Building Services consultancy.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Solid understanding of BIM processes, standards, and delivery across project lifecycles.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality Building Services projects across a diverse portfolio. Sitting within a collaborative and well-established design team, you’ll take ownership of BIM delivery, standards, and coordination across multidisciplinary projects – from concept through to construction.
