Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd in Osborne, SA, seeks a Senior Bid Coordinator to support Australia’s sovereign submarine capability. You’ll coordinate bid activities, manage submission schedules and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs.

The role is based at the Osborne site in South Australia within a fast-paced, national-security program requiring strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project or bid coordination with schedules and milestones.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
• Collaborative mindset coordinating contributions from multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and results-driven approach.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to support delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid activities and manage submission schedules to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, track and consolidate bid inputs.
• Review customer requirements and scope documentation, providing support and recommendations to the Bid Manager.
• Prepare and coordinate governance reviews, approval packs and bid-related reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lessons learned, process enhancements and stakeholder feedback.
