ASC, Australia’s submarine company, is seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator at the Osborne site in South Australia to lead bid and proposal activities for the SSN-AUKUS program. You will coordinate inputs, manage schedules and governance packs, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality submissions.

This role suits an experienced coordinator who thrives on structure, with strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills, ready to impact nationally significant defence

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project or bid coordination with schedules and milestones.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate contributions from multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate bid activities and manage submission schedules to ensure timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and consolidate bid inputs.
• Review customer requirements and support bid managers with recommendations.
• Prepare governance reviews, approval packs and bid-related reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancements.
