Qualifications

• 5+ years of bid management experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience with complex, multi-scope or integrated bids.
• Strong coordination across distributed teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and submission of complex prefab and integrated solution bids.
• Manage bid timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple factories, product lines, and engineering teams.
• Consolidate estimates from different product groups into a single cohesive offer.
• Develop accurate and competitive pricing with Eaton estimators.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, standards, and contractual obligations.
