Join our Data, AI & Loyalty team at Bunnings Warehouse as a Senior BI Developer, delivering insights with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and Python to drive informed decisions across the business.

You'll own complex BI solutions, influence data usage, and help build capability within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Qualifications

• Proven BI and reporting experience in a complex environment.
• Strong Power BI, SQL, Snowflake and data modelling skills.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports for decision-making.
• Ability to gather requirements and work with stakeholders at different levels.
• Understanding of data warehousing, governance and data quality principles.
• Experience mentoring others and sharing technical knowledge.
• Exposure to Python and AI-enabled tools is a plus.

About The Role

Join our Data, AI & Loyalty team as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, where you'll work with modern technologies including Power BI, SQL, Snowflake and Python to deliver insights that help teams across the business perform at their best.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex BI solutions, influence how data is used across the organisation, and help build capability within a collaborative and forward-thinking team

You're someone who enjoys solving complex problems and translating data into practical, actionable insights. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, and are comfortable balancing technical depth with business outcomes.

You'll be joining a team that values curiosity, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Whether you're helping a stakeholder uncover an opportunity, mentoring a colleague, or improving how reporting is delivered, you'll play an important role in helping the team succeed together.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience delivering Business Intelligence and reporting solutions in a complex environment.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake and data modelling.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports and visualisations that support business decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to uncover insights from complex datasets.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
• Understanding of data warehousing, data governance and data quality principles.
• Experience mentoring others and sharing technical knowledge.
• Exposure to Python, Microsoft Fabric and AI-enabled tools will be highly regarded.
