Job summary

Sunshine Coast Council is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to lead data modelling, analytics solutions and enterprise reporting. Based at Maroochydore City Hall, you will deliver Power BI dashboards and drive evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.

Temporary, max-term full-time up to June 2027, pro-rata salary up to 130k total remuneration, with flexible hybrid WFH arrangements and a supportive, community-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Expertise designing sophisticated Power BI dashboards/reports.
• Strong SQL, ETL, data modelling and data warehousing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of enterprise data models and analytics solutions.
• Deliver Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
