Trina Storage in Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS). You will own project governance, schedule, cost controls, and safety for complex interfaces between batteries, PCS/inverters, MV networks and EPC teams.

Formación

• Experience managing utility-scale energy storage or renewable energy projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with PM expertise.
• Strong contract and change management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the delivery of one or more utility-scale BESS projects from handover to completion, including scope, governance and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and maintain project execution plans, organisational structure and reporting cadence.
• Lead meetings, drive actions, and escalate issues with evidence-based recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and commercial teams.
• Develop a detailed understanding of supply agreements, milestones, payments and warranties.
