Job summary

Northcott is seeking an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver person‑centred Positive Behaviour Support for clients with complex needs in Campbelltown or North Parramatta. You will develop Interim and Comprehensive Plans compliant with NDIS requirements, while collaborating with families, staff and stakeholders to promote independence and a better quality of life.

• Advanced PBS knowledge and experience applying the PBS Capability Framework in complex practice.
• Strong critical thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Demonstrated supervision, mentoring and practice leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans meeting NDIS requirements.
• Provide person‑centred, evidence‑based Positive Behaviour Support for complex needs.
• Supervise practitioners, participate in peer supervision, and support recruitment and induction.
• Collaborate with customers, families, staff and stakeholders to promote independence and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate records and meet service targets.
