Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working within the NDIS sector.
• Current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient level or higher) under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and outcomes measurement.

Responsibilities

• Complete evidence-based behavioural assessments and interventions.
• Develop and implement behaviour support plans for participants.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to promote inclusion and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS and child-safe standards.
• Prioritise workloads and manage clients with complex needs.
