Newcastle Anglican is seeking a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver evidence-based assessments, interventions and behaviour support plans for clients in the Newcastle region. You will work within NDIS and child-safe standards, helping individuals and their networks achieve meaningful outcomes.

Formación

• Degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Psychology, or related field.
• NDIS sector experience with registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient+).
• Experience with NDIS participants and trauma-informed, person-centred care.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage complex clients.
• Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Team collaboration and confidentiality awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Complete evidence-based behavioural assessments and interventions.
• Develop behaviour support plans to improve outcomes.
• Work with individuals, families and support networks to build skills.
