Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee beverages.
• Ensure consistently high standards of drinks preparation and presentation.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Undertake general waiting duties of both food and/or beverage, including serving meals.
• Replenish and rotate stock, polish and wrap cutlery.
• Ensure all customer areas are always kept clean and orderly.
• Clean and maintain equipment (i.e. coffee machine, grinder etc).
