Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a strong backend-focused engineer to contribute expert-level code samples and debugging insights across Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, and C++. You will analyze complex defects, optimize performance, and implement scalable features while refactoring legacy code for clarity and efficiency.

You will also document technical decisions to improve AI training data quality and participate in thorough peer code reviews to ensure accuracy and quality across large-scale
