Job summary

EnterpriseAI is seeking a senior backend engineer to own backend services, APIs, and data flows for our multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will design and ship end-to-end features, review code, and guide a hands-on engineering team in Sydney and Manila.

Requirements include 5–10 years in backend software, deep Python with FastAPI, and production experience on cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Knowledge of MongoDB and TypeScript/Next.js is a plus, enabling full-stack collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of backend software engineering, with production systems.
• Deep Python skills; FastAPI is a plus.
• Designed, built and operated APIs and data models in production on cloud platforms.
• Experience with enterprise systems of record integration.
• Strong ownership and code-review capabilities.
• Hands-on focus; not seeking management roles.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered capabilities and multi-tenant SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own backend services, APIs, and data flows for the platform.
• Ship features end to end from design to production.
• Provide code reviews and technical direction to Sydney and Manila teams.
• Make architecture decisions sized for weekly updates and reversibility.
• Identify technical risks before they impact delivery.
