Job summary

Brighte in Sydney, Australia is seeking a senior DevOps engineer with 5+ years in Azure and DevOps concepts to drive IaC, cloud migrations and secure platform engineering. You will implement Terraform-based infrastructure, manage Vault, RBAC, and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Chef, while collaborating across engineering, operations and security teams.

Responsibilities include managing Azure components such as Blob Storage, AKS, Event Hub and Service Bus, plus networking, security compliance

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, ReactJS/TypeScript/MaterialUI/PrimeReact, Redis, PostgreSQL, OpenAPI, RabbitMQ and Celery.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, HashiCorp Vault.
• Scripting with Powershell / Bash / Python.
• Knowledge of Ingress/Egress Networks, Private Links, NSGs.
• RBACs (Role Based Access Control) and service principals.
• Azure components: Blob Storage, AKS, ACA, Event Hub, Service Bus.
• CI/CD with Jenkins; Chef cookbooks & pipeline creation.
• Networking and firewall-related activities.
• Security: cyber compliance, vulnerability fixes, SIEM, Pentest.
