Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain durable, automated workflows across IT and core business functions.
• Design robust integration frameworks using APIs (REST/SOAP) and event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS, Lambdas).
• Drive background user provisioning and zero-touch access control to reduce service desk tickets and enable scale.
• Establish maintainable technical standards, self-service scaffolding, and reusable integration assets for internal teams.
