Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist for a fixed-term remote role across Australia. You will own Australian payroll delivery, navigate complex matters like Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards, and support the transition to a shared services model.

Prior experience in Australian payroll, entitlements, reconciliations and stakeholder management is essential. Training may require occasional attendance at a Truganina site for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end Australian payroll with enterprise agreements and modern awards.
• Ability to interpret employee entitlements and statutory obligations.
• Experience partnering with external payroll providers and governance controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely Australian payroll and reconciliations.
• Provide expert advice on legislation, agreements and entitlements.
• Support payroll changes, back payments and annualised salaries.
• Oversee time and attendance inputs and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage external providers and validate outputs, driving issue resolution.
• Contribute to transition to shared services model with knowledge transfer.
