Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Head of Internal Audit - Operations & ESG to lead audit and ESG assurance across our complex operational areas, including Food, supply chain, distribution centres and BIG W.

You will drive technology, AI and agile practices to transform risk assessment and value delivery, reporting to the General Manager of Internal Audit and collaborating with the Audit & Finance Committee and C‑Suite.

Qualifications

• Proven audit leadership in complex, multinational environments.
• Experience presenting to Board committees and executives.
• Post-graduate qualifications in auditing or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and ESG assurance across operations, supply chain and retail portfolios.
• Drive technology and AI adoption in internal audit.
• Present audit outcomes to AFC and engage with C‑Suite.
