Qualifications

• 7+ years in external audit with significant exposure to CIPS or related sectors.
• CA or equivalent qualification.
• Proven leadership of audit teams and multiple high-profile engagements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of external audit engagements in CIPS.
• Mentor and inspire audit teams, driving excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop trusted client relationships and understand their business, risks, and audit needs.
• Oversee risk assessment and develop robust audit strategies.
• Provide expert advice on financial reporting and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to address complex audit challenges.
• Drive adoption of improved methodologies, tools, and processes.
