Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Manager in our CIPS Audit team to lead external audit engagements, delivering high-quality services across a diverse client portfolio from growing companies to large, complex organisations.

You will mentor audit teams, manage client relationships, assess financial and control risks, and develop audit strategies that address evolving regulatory requirements, while upholding the firm's standards and CA qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' external audit experience with CA qualification.
• Proven ability to lead and manage audit teams across multiple engagements.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of external audit engagements.
• Mentor audit teams and ensure quality and compliance.
• Build and maintain client relationships and address risk and audit requirements.
• Develop audit strategies for financial and control risks.
• Provide advice on financial reporting and regulatory changes.
• Drive process improvements and promote innovation.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to resolve complex audit issues.
