Qualifications

• Substantial years of experience in multidisciplinary engineering and reporting teams, with experience in people leadership roles.
• Deep technical capability across Databricks, Python, SQL, Power BI, Git/GitHub.
• Strong grounding in data modelling, ETL/ELT and DevOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of data professionals for audit processes.
• Ensure reliable data products support audit planning and execution.
• Oversee design and operation of data pipelines and reporting products.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in engineering and quality standards.
• Improve delivery maturity and agile practices across the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within Audit and the Enterprise.
