Job summary

Grant Thornton Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join the Adelaide Audit Practice. You will lead independent statutory audits for a range of entities, using Grant Thornton’s global methodology and the latest technology to deliver valuable insights.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, CA/CPA qualification (or overseas equivalent), and outstanding client relationship and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Audit & Assurance environments with sound knowledge of IFRS.
• Exceptional client relationship skills and communication abilities.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Forward-thinking approach to drive innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive independent statutory audits of listed and unlisted entities and other entities.
• Create complete and accurate audit work papers.
• Identify and report on client financial risks and improvements.
• Expand analytical review of client financial statements to ensure statutory compliance.
