Simon & Schuster Australia is seeking an Audiobook Production Executive to coordinate the production of our audiobook list across all imprints, ensuring titles are delivered to a high standard, on schedule and within budgets.

The role involves working with Publishing, Sales, Marketing and Publicity to grow the audiobook format by developing production approaches, identifying opportunities and advising on market trends.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of audiobook, media or publishing production processes.
• Experience coordinating multi-title productions and timelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate production of the audiobook list across imprints to ensure high quality, on schedule and within budgets.
• Oversee production from recording to publication, including casting, studios and external partners.
• Monitor schedules and costs, maintain QA standards, and manage credits and minor edits.
• Identify opportunities for behind-the-scenes content, and provide production insight for acquisitions and market trends.
• Develop networks with narrators, studios and production partners in Australia and abroad.
