Job summary

Hooker & Heijden in Sydney CBD is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Workplace Relations & Safety team. This permanent full-time role focuses on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including Fair Work claims, and on providing employment and work health and safety advice.

You will lead matters for employers, develop client relationships, and contribute to growing the practice, with flexible working arrangements available and a client-facing, advisory orientation.

Qualifications

• Senior Associate level (Special Counsel also considered)
• Experience across contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for employers
• Broad employment and safety advisory experience
• Strong client relationship skills and the ability to lead matters
• Full working rights in Australia and a current practising certificate
